-Conduct water audits to investigate high water bills and recommend measures to reduce water consumption and/or costs at schools, universities, apartment properties, and a wide variety of commercial and government buildings. -Management of the San Antonio Water System's commercial toilet retrofit program which addresses schools, universities, public buildings, apartment properties, commercial and office buildings, hospitals, hotels, motels, and other commercial facilities. -Management of the City of Houston's Cooling Tower Audit Program. -Management of the City of Houston's Public Swimming Pool & Decorative Fountain Program. -Assisted a medium sized city in evaluating options for inclusion in their water conservation plan. -Organized & conducted 5 water conservation seminars targeting specific types of commercial and educational facilities. -Conducted showerhead flow testing per ASME standards under controlled, laboratory conditions for a public utility to verify water flow rate vs. manfacturer's claims, and also the verify water savings from a showerhead retrofit program at multiple low-income housing apartment properties.
